STEP 1: LOG IN / REGISTER

if you are not already signed in to your katespade.co.uk account, you may continue to checkout as a guest. however, to quickly access your saved addresses and payment methods, we suggest signing in to your account. you may sign in conveniently using the email address and password associated with your katespade.co.uk account. if you have forgotten your password, click here.

STEP 2: SHIPPING ADDRESS / SHIPPING METHOD

please enter the address you would like your order to be delivered to. if you are signed into your katespade.co.uk account you may choose one of your saved addresses.

please note you can only ship to the shipping country you have chosen in our country selector. please refer to the top right hand corner of the page to change your shipping country.

once your shipping address is entered you can choose a shipping method

when you are ready to move on to the next step, click "continue".

STEP 3: PAYMENT METHOD / BILLING ADDRESS

at this stage you can choose how you would like pay for your order. to view our valid payment methods please click here.

please enter the address that you would like your order to be billed to. if you are paying with a credit or debit card this must match the address your card is registered to. if you are signed into your katespade.co.uk account you may choose one of your saved addresses.

when you are ready to move on to the next step, click "continue".

STEP 4: ORDER SUMMARY

be sure to review your order summary to confirm the items in your shopping bag, gift options, shipping/billing addresses, and shipping methods. you may go back into any step of the checkout process to make adjustments.

STEP 5: ORDER RECEIPT

after you complete the checkout process, you will be directed to the order confirmation page. here you will see your order number and complete details of your order. we recommend that you print this receipt and save the order information for your records. you will need this information for all references to your order.
