to place an order with us, you must…

an order shall be deemed to have been submitted when we receive your [order form] electronically and the order information has been verified as correct. the information available on katespade.co.uk does not constitute a binding offer to sell products described on the website. we reserve the right, at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline it, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or after your credit card has been charged.

we may not process purchases when there are not sufficient guarantees of solvency, when orders are incomplete or incorrect, or the products are no longer available or fraud is suspected. in the above case, we shall inform you by e-mail that the contract has not been executed and that we have not carried out your purchase order for one or several of the above reasons. if the products displayed on katespade.co.uk are no longer available at the time of your last access and once we have received your order form, we shall inform you of the unavailability of the ordered products. if the order form has bene sent and the price has been paid for items that are no longer available, we will refund the amount paid for those items.

Return Rules and Restrictions

if you change your mind

we hope you enjoy your kate spade purchase. if for any reason you are not satisfied, please use the return form provided with your order to return the item(s) to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. please note that purchases made during sales, clearance or other promotional periods must be returned within 14 days of receipt. all merchandise must be in new and unused condition and accompanied by the original receipt for us to accept the return.

exchanges may only be made at kate spade new york specialty stores and may not be made through the free online returns process. permitted returns through the free online returns process must be sent with the return label included with your packing slip.

paypal orders cannot be refunded at a kate spade new york specialty store, for a full refund you will need to return your purchase to our online warehouse. paypal orders may be exchanged at a kate spade new york specialty store for the price paid for the item with proof of purchase.

gift purchases ordered from this website, when presented with a gift receipt included with the packing slip, may be exchanged at a kate spade new york specialty store in the united kingdom for store credit only, for the price paid, within 30 days of purchase. returns of gift purchases through the online returns process will result in a refund to the original purchaser.

fragrance, beauty items and swimwear may only be returned through a kate spade new york specialty store only if unused, not removed from packaging, and any liners not removed. please note that we do not accept returns of pierced jewellery or personalised products. this does not affect your statutory rights.

merchandise purchased in-stores may not be returned through the online returns service. items returned must be in their unused original condition with all kate spade item tags attached and related accessories or instruction booklets included. incomplete, damaged, worn soiled or altered returns, or anything kate spade reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer. instructions for returning permitted items under this free online returns service are included with the packing slip and return label.

if you cancel an order, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery. we will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and in any event not later than:

• 14 days after the day we receive the goods back from you or (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
• if you have not received the goods, 14 days after the day on which you informed us about your decision to cancel your purchase.

we will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.
