to place an order with us, you must…

our extended holiday returns policy
we’ve extended our usual returns period for the holiday season. any full price items purchased between 9th november 2020 and 31st december 2020, including items purchased during our seasonal promotions, can be exchanged or returned up until 31st january 2021.
any items purchased from our sale or online outlet category can be exchanged or returned to us within 14 days of purchase.
items purchased within our standard returns policy prior to 5th November may be returned to our specialty stores within 14 days of our stores re-opening.
