we’ve reopened some of our stores in accordance with local government guidelines. we’re excited to see you again!
when you visit, you’ll notice we’re doing things a little differently for the health and safety of you and our team:
our associates are wearing masks.
we’re giving you hand sanitizer to apply before coming inside.
we’re keeping it small, with between two and eight customers in the shop at the same time.
we’re maintaining two meters distance from others at all times, and ask that you do, too.
we’re cleaning our shop regularly.

our extended return policy
for your convenience, we’ve extended our returns policies during this time. online purchases made after 1 march 2020 may be returned within 60 days of purchase. in-store purchases made after 1 march 2020 may be exchanged or return within 30 days of our stores reopening.
we continue to partner with crisis text line to provide crisis counseling for essential medical workers protecting our communities right now. the kate spade new york foundation has donated $100,000 in seed funding to this cause. you can sign up to volunteer here.
