the uk exited the european union (eu) on 1 january 2021, following the end of the transition period. while we work out all the new details, there will be some changes for our eu customers. find details of the changes below and please reach out to our customer care team here if you have any further questions.

our spanish site is temporarily closed as we make a few final updates required for brexit. our physical stores in these countries remain open (subject to local government guidelines relating to COVID-19) if you would like to visit us or book a virtual appointment for a personal kate spade experience. for the latest information on your nearest location, visit our store locator.

return instructions for eu customers

when you’re ready to return your item please reach out to our customer care team here or call call 0970 734 372 (monday to friday, 10:00 to 18:00 cet) and we will arrange your pickup with UPS and issue a commercial invoice on your behalf. please make sure you have the following information on hand when you call:

  • customer name and pickup address
  • original order number
  • details about which item(s) in your order you’d like to return

once your collection has been arranged, please pack the item securely in the original packaging and enclose your completed return form.

customs and duty

from 1 january 2021, orders placed by our customers in the eu will be subject to import taxes and duty. kate spade will pay all import taxes and duties related to purchases made from katespade.co.uk on your behalf. in the rare event that these charges are passed on to you, please contact our customer care team here with proof of payment and we will reimburse you.
